Welcome to our website! Our physical bodies reside in Coventry, CT. We have a Yoga and Reiki practice there and we invite you to practice with us. We offer a variety of Yoga classes from Yoga for Everyone to Pre-natal, Strength and Focus, Hot Yoga and Yoga Meditation. In addition to our weekly classes, we encourage students to take a Private Yoga class or two for their own personalized one on one attention. Every body is different and Yoga is all about You. To compliment our Yoga we also have a Free Reiki Share once a week. We offer a warm and friendly, quiet space set back off the road with lots of trees. The studio also has plenty of windows, cork flooring and is powered with solar energy.
We are also offering The Domancic Method of Energy Therapy which is an energy healing and harmonizing experience used to promote and bring forth wellness and balance to your body, mind, and soul. Reiki Trainings are also available for people interested in complimenting their life with a pair of healing hands. At the Flower of Life, we practice Yoga and Reiki, because it has enhanced and empowered our lives tremendously and we want to share that with you!
